I used to make these when I was on Nutrisystem with their little dessert chocolate chips :) But you can make them with any chocolate candy melts!
You Need:
Chocolate Candy Melts
Smooth/Creamy Peanut Butter
Cupcake liners
Line the bottom of each cupcake liner with 6 candy melts. I usually stack around in a circle then place the last one right on top.
Set in microwave and heat for 10 seconds at a time. It will take a good couple times but you dont want to burn the chocolate and ruin it!
Pull from microwave and drop about a tablespoon of peanut butter in the middle. Doesnt have to be perfect :)
Layer ontop of the peanut butter about 6 more candy melts, you can add more if you like.
Pop back in the microwave and heat and 5-10 seconds each round for a couple times.
Sometimes the peanut butter will start to heat and come out of the chocolate I just stop the microwave and mix it a bit and reheat until its melted.
Pop them in the freezer for at least 30 mins. A hour is best to ensure they are hardened. The enjoy :)
You could probably heat the top layer of chocolate on its own in a diff bowl then pour into the cupcake liners too either way it still works :)
